I realized past few years, I lost 1 family members. Starting on 2005, my uncle ( my dad's bro ) died, then on 2006, my auntie ( my dad's sis) died, then soon this year perhaps my uncle( my mum's bro ). Can't say anything, but we must be prepared for everything, right? Good or bad, everything is on God's hand. We never know when He will call and bring us back to Him.
Anyway, 2 days ago I made bulgogi. It's Korean dish, and it turned quite nice.
Ingredients :
- beef - choose either tenderloin or sirloin, slice it thinly.
- onion - 1 enough, slice it thinly.
marinade sauce :
- light soy sauce - around 2 - 3 tablespoon
- dark/sweet soy sauce - around 1 - 2 tablespoon
- pepper and salt
- garlic - around 2 - 4 cloves
- sugar - around 1 - 2 teaspoon
- sesame oil - around 2-3 tablespoon
- ginger - slice thinly
Instruction :
- put all the marinade sauce, make sure that stir it well.
- put the beef inside the marinade sauce, keep it in refrigerator minimum 20 minutes. Usually I leave it for one night.
- pan fried the onion with the butter.
- grill the beef, if you don't have griller, you can pan fry it with sesame oil.
- serve it with hot rice, kimchi, and the onion. pour a lil bit of sesame seeds - if you have.
