Erm, what should I blog about today?
My monitor keeps flickered for few seconds and gosh it's so annoying.
I think I should buy a new one but I still thinking which one is good because usually my bro is the one who buy monitor.
Tomorrow is holiday in Indonesia, and my sis is going back to here for few days. On Monday, I'm going to Surabaya with my sis till beginning of June.
Nowadays I'm busy with making the website for my sis's shop. I dunno whether should I use shopping cart or just plain catalog website. If I use shopping cart, it's hard! >.< I'm dizzy after reading the oscommerce and zencart manual guide book >.<
The template I use is free template, that I found in the internet - that's the good side of internet, you can find anything you want -. I just need to adjust anything, which I find it's not that hard. NVU and adobe photoshop are already enough for me.
Probably by next week, you can see my hardwork online!
What's next? Erm, I dunno.
My niece can walk properly now, but she still babbling in her weird language.
Tomorrow perhaps we are going to Tugu Hotel to have dinner, to celebrate my sis's belated birthday and my bro's belated wedding anniversary.
When I stumble on my google search, I was curious with Wenas aka hC-. Perhaps you are wondering how come I know him. Oh well, he's my best friend's cousin. In fact, I know him first then know his cousin. I know him from the mIRC and then I met him few times only. Around year 2000 something I knew him from mIRC. Nice guy although quite naughty. I wonder how is he and his sis. Last time I knew, he said that he was in Canada with his sister. Now, I lost contact with him.
I think I lost contact with my good friends. We are busy with our life now, busy with hunting husband/wife - to- be, works,and also perhaps children. Most of my friends now already married and have children. In fact, my dad's client few days ago asked me why I don't want to marry first! He said my age is a good age to marry with someone. Gosh!! I've never think to marry in such young age,but I don't want to marry when I'm too old too! >.<
I miss my dear right now >.< I wonder whether he's busy with his work or not >.<





My uncle (Go Hok Lay), died at 72 years old yesterday at 3.15 pm.
Sad, yes. Regretted that he died, I don't know the answer.
Probably because we've already prepared for the worst to come.
He's been in hospital (ICU) for almost 2 weeks.
Hope God will accept him to sit beside Him.

This morning I went to Surabaya with my mum, my sao-sao, my niece, and my sao-sao's mum. I met with my relatives there, some of them I've met only around 10 years ago - I think around 12 years ago, when my grandma died -. In fact, I can't recognize some of their faces (paiseh liao) >.<
Lucky all of them not that sad, part of that I think because of my niece. She's the star this morning >.<
People often comment, so cute, so loveable and so adorable ^^.

Today, the journey isn't that bad at all. In fact, it's almost like before the mud flood came. No demonstration, no traffic jam. It only took 2 hours from Surabaya to Malang and vice versa.





I realized past few years, I lost 1 family members. Starting on 2005, my uncle ( my dad's bro ) died, then on 2006, my auntie ( my dad's sis) died, then soon this year perhaps my uncle( my mum's bro ). Can't say anything, but we must be prepared for everything, right? Good or bad, everything is on God's hand. We never know when He will call and bring us back to Him.

Anyway, 2 days ago I made bulgogi. It's Korean dish, and it turned quite nice.

Ingredients :
- beef - choose either tenderloin or sirloin, slice it thinly.
- onion - 1 enough, slice it thinly.
marinade sauce :
- light soy sauce - around 2 - 3 tablespoon
- dark/sweet soy sauce - around 1 - 2 tablespoon
- pepper and salt
- garlic - around 2 - 4 cloves
- sugar - around 1 - 2 teaspoon
- sesame oil - around 2-3 tablespoon
- ginger - slice thinly
Instruction :
- put all the marinade sauce, make sure that stir it well.
- put the beef inside the marinade sauce, keep it in refrigerator minimum 20 minutes. Usually I leave it for one night.
- pan fried the onion with the butter.
- grill the beef, if you don't have griller, you can pan fry it with sesame oil.
- serve it with hot rice, kimchi, and the onion. pour a lil bit of sesame seeds - if you have.
