babi kecap is indonesian chinese dish...well in English perhaps can be translated as "pork with soya sauce". I luv this dish coz it's not that difficult to make and quite yummy.

Ingredients:

-pork belly with the fats
-sweet soya sauce
-soya sauce
-pepper
-Worcestershire Sauce
-garlic
-small cup of water
-oil to fry

Instruction:
-mince the garlic and cut the pork belly in a small cut
-put sweet soya sauce,soya sauce, worchestershire sauce and pepper in one bowl plus the pork meat.let it rest for minimum 30 minutes.
-heat the oil,and fry the garlic till nice brown.
-pour the pork meat with the sauce into the pan.
-stir it and pour the water in.
-taste it...if you still need something just add it necessary till you find it nice.
-wait it till boil and the water become a lil bit dry.
-serve it in a bowl with fried onion.
